Each topic below comes from a workflow already running in the practice. A session takes one of those ideas and adapts it to your own work, using the lowest-cost tools that can do the job well and explaining when another option is worth considering.
The session is designed so you understand the workflow because you build it yourself and leave able to keep using it.
You work on the actual system during the session. The result is a workflow you have built and tested yourself, not notes from someone else's demonstration.
The session emphasizes reasoning, verification, and deciding where AI is actually useful. The tool is part of the workflow, not the purpose of the workshop.
You keep the workflow, the reusable instructions behind it, and the materials needed to continue working with it. The goal is to leave with a system you understand well enough to adapt as the work changes.
One private workshop session, a flat price set by how long it runs and how many are in the room. One organizer books and pays the total, and the session is yours alone, so there is no minimum to meet and no waiting for a room to fill.
The full workshop runs five hours and builds your workflow end to end. The focus session runs one hour, takes one topic from the list above, and builds your first working version of it.

Faculty and staff at a university or college, or at a public or private school, email proof of employment to eddy@minuciadvisory.com and the discount comes back by email, sized to the number of attendees you register. The educator rate is arranged privately and is not posted online. Bringing more than four, email the same address for an invoice that adds each attendee, with the call link and workshop resources for everyone in the room.
