A live working session, solo or with a few colleagues alongside you. Each workshop builds one concrete artifact (a workflow, an agent, a decision log), calibrated to the question the room walks in with. Anchored in applied economics, not the same slide deck a generic AI trainer runs for every room.
Each workshop ends with a single concrete workflow built in the room, the agent or analysis behind it, and the methodology to keep iterating on the same problem after the workshop ends.
Every topic below is a system already built and running, not a slide. A session takes one and turns it into your version, on your own problem. We lead with the free and low-cost paths and name where a paid tier earns its keep, calibrated to the room from a first look to building your own.
Three things set a workshop here apart, and each builds on the one before it.
Hands on the keyboard from the first minute. You do the work in the room and leave with a real workflow you built, not notes from a demo.
Years of economic research and teaching, applied to help you use what you learn.
You keep the workflow, the agent behind it, the library of commands and skills it runs on, and the method to improve it, so the value compounds instead of ending at the door.
One private workshop session, a flat price set by how long it runs and how many are in the room. One organizer books and pays the total, and the session is yours alone, so there is no minimum to meet and no waiting for a room to fill.
The full workshop runs five hours and builds your workflow end to end. The focus session runs one hour, takes one topic from the list above, and builds your first working version of it.
Either way, the commands, skills, and templates behind what you built go home with you, yours to keep and reuse. The focus session sends the set for the topic you built; the full workshop, the complete library.
No hourly billing. Fixed prices, set before the work begins.
Educators get 40 percent off. Faculty and staff at a university or college, or at a public or private school, email proof of employment to eddy@minuciadvisory.com and the discount comes back by email, sized to the number of attendees you register. The educator rate is arranged privately and is not posted online. Bringing more than four, email the same address for an invoice that adds each attendee, with the call link and workshop resources for everyone in the room.
One sentence is enough. A decision, a routine, a workflow that is eating your week. Book a free 20-minute intro call, or send it in writing and a short reply follows with scope and fee, usually within a week.
