Automate the repetitive.
Reclaim the strategic.

AI agents, grounded in economics.

Minuci Advisory is an independent advisory practice that brings applied-economics methodology to operating decisions and builds the AI agents that run the work behind them.

AI agents that read the documents and written assessments a spreadsheet cannot open, turn them into consistent measures, and deliver a digested summary to the dashboard where the decision gets made, all calibrated to your preferences. Anchored in applied economics, not generic AI templates. The agents read your numbers the way an economist would, considering trade-offs and listing the best strategies to optimize what matters to you. Information ready for the critical thinking and innovation only you can do.

The premise

AI-augmented applied economics.
Pricing the trade-offs on the table.

We apply economics to the calls you are already weighing, from who is contributing and where people fit to the pricing, financing, and expansion questions underneath, at operating-quarter speed.

What we build

Three capabilities.
One discipline.

Capability, not industry. Each engagement composes from the same three primitives (automation, measurement, decision frameworks) applied to whatever the business model demands. Industry-specific deliverables are derived from these capabilities, not the other way around.

I. AI workflow automation

Agents that authenticate to accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), point-of-sale (POS), and payroll systems, read the documents and written evaluations a spreadsheet cannot open, assemble both into the working form the analysis needs, and produce the recurring reports that would otherwise be rebuilt by hand each Monday morning.

II. Causal measurement
of business decisions

A pricing change, a new market, a change to how people are reviewed. Each one raises a question about what is actually moving the numbers. Econometric analysis is the discipline built for those questions.

III. Strategic analytics
& decision frameworks

Comparative-advantage placement and team composition, the opportunity cost of the wrong seat, and the same framing applied to the wider calls a business makes (financing, expansion, the scenarios behind a dashboard reading).

AI-augmented evaluation workflows are the worked example that ties the three together. Written assessments become consistent, personalized measures, and the patterns across a workforce become a question of who fits where best.

Two ways the work is delivered

One discipline.
Two ways in.

The same work travels two ways. Built into the business as a productized engagement, or delivered live in a workshop with the operator, solo or with a few colleagues. Anchored in applied economics, calibrated to the question on the table.

Built for the business

AI workflow automation, key performance indicator (KPI) infrastructure, causal measurement, and strategic analytics, scoped as productized engagements. Agents can be built into the operating systems a team already uses. The deliverable is a working system the business runs from.

Workshops

Live, in-room work, solo or with a few colleagues. The methodology is delivered against the question the room walks in with, calibrated to what you already know. No two workshops run the same script.

The founder

Eduardo G. Minuci, PhD

Applied economist. University professor.

A research economist whose work spans industrial organization, sports finance, labor markets, and applied econometrics, applied across academic publication and operating contexts, with years spent turning written evaluations into consistent, defensible measures as an educator. Minuci Advisory is the operating arm of that practice. The room where applied economics, AI infrastructure, and the day-to-day decisions of a business sit at the same table.

Begin with one question
that has been costing you.

An engagement begins with a single email. A price decision, a hire, a new market, a metric that has stopped tracking reality. Send it. A written reply follows with scope and fee, usually within a week.
