Begin a conversation

One question.
One reply.

Begin by email or with a free 20-minute introductory call. Send the decision, workflow, or analytical question you are trying to work through. A written reply will establish whether the work is a good fit and, if so, outline the scope and indicative fee.

What to send

  • i. The goal or decision. For example, a pricing question, a hiring or personnel decision, a new market, a valuation question, or a measure that no longer seems to explain the outcome you care about.
  • ii. The context. Describe the organization, the decision setting, the timeline, and any important constraints. Detailed confidential information is not needed for the first conversation.
  • iii. What you have already tried, if anything. Existing reports, dashboards, analyses, or prior work can help establish where the question stands, but they are not required.

The question matters more than the sector.

The practice is a good fit when economic reasoning, better measurement, or an AI-supported workflow can improve a real decision or recurring process. A short first conversation is usually enough to determine whether that is the case.
