Engagement

Productized scope.
Fixed terms.

Three engagement formats, designed to match the question on the table. The Visibility Audit is the typical entry point; longer engagements build from there as the work earns its keep. Fees are set at scope. No hourly billing, no discovery dance.

Engagement formats

Three formats. One progression.

Tier I

Visibility Audit

A short engagement, scoped at start

Map the data sources, identify the five to seven KPIs that actually drive the model, deliver a baseline dashboard and a written read of the question that prompted the engagement.

  • · Source-system mapping
  • · KPI definition (5–7 indicators)
  • · Baseline dashboard
  • · Written findings & recommendations
Tier II

Operating Dashboard

A multi-session engagement, scoped at start

Deploy the agents, build the daily pipeline, train the team to interpret the readings, hand over a running system at engagement close.

  • · Authenticated source-system integrations
  • · Nightly pipeline & anomaly detection
  • · Operating dashboard (live)
  • · Weekly LLM-generated summaries
  • · Team training & handover
Tier III

Embedded Advisory

An ongoing retainer

Quarterly strategy reviews, monthly dashboard refinement, ad-hoc analytical work, ongoing agent operation. A working cadence that stays close to the operating quarter.

  • · Quarterly strategic review
  • · Monthly dashboard refinement
  • · Ad-hoc causal & scenario work
  • · Ongoing agent operation

Fees are quoted at scope, not hourly, and shared in the response to your inquiry. Indicative ranges are matched to the question; transparency happens in the conversation, not in a price grid.

The process

From question
to operating system.

Every engagement runs the same arc, regardless of tier. The depth changes; the steps do not.

i.

Diagnose

Read the question, the data, the operating context. Identify what already works and what the dashboard is missing.

ii.

Define

Decide what to measure. Set the KPIs from first principles, anchored in the economic logic of the specific model.

iii.

Build

Deploy the agents, ship the pipeline, build the dashboard, calibrate the alerts. Hand the running system to the team.

iv.

Operate

Run the system on a schedule. Surface anomalies, refine measurement, support the strategic decisions on the operating calendar.

Common questions

What to know
before writing.

A short read of the questions that come up most often before an engagement begins.

Do you work with our existing dashboards?
Yes. The Visibility Audit reads existing reporting first; the engagement replaces what is broken, keeps what works, and adds what is missing.
What systems can the agents read from?
Any source system with an authenticated API. Categories include accounting, CRM, POS, payroll, and marketing analytics. New connectors are added per engagement as the question requires.
Why no published price list?
Productized fees are set at scope, not at the menu level. Indicative ranges are quoted in the response to your inquiry, against the specific question on the table. The conversation is the price list.
How long until first results?
A Visibility Audit produces a written read and a baseline dashboard at engagement close. Longer engagements stand up an operating dashboard mid-engagement; refinement continues for the duration.
Who runs the engagement?
The founder leads the engagement, end-to-end. AI agents handle the recurring data work and the routine reporting; the analytical and strategic work sits with the economist who designed the question.

Send the question.
Receive the read.

An engagement begins with a single sentence. A reply with the engagement format that fits, the scope, the fee, and a written read of the question follows, usually within a week.
